my body is not very happy. i don't exercise or get sleep as regularly as i need. i think a major focus of the next month will be to keep my body healthy and well. the ribs are complaining about my posture and how much i sit. at least i eat fairly well. i'm eating much less sugar, much less meat.

here's to the discipline to put my body's needs onto, if not at the top, of the priority list.
